We are looking for 2 persons: one works in Ha Noi and other works in Hai Phong
Overall Responsibility
- To seek, evaluate and get new sites to develop and expand Lotte Mart chain.
- To create, build up and maintain the good relationship with other developers, competent authorities to ensure projects will be done smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
To seek and get new sites to develop and expand Lotte Mart Chain.
To evaluate and report the new sites to Team Leader.
To deal and negotiate with clients about Lotte Mart’s requirements, conditions and standard for sites, projects and relevant things.
To create and maintain good relationship with other developers and competent authorities for future co-operation and investment of Lotte Mart.
Working Relationships
To demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all employees of related departments.
To Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
To proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Job Specifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Urban master planning & management/ Project Management & Development/ Real Estate.
Experience: At least 05 years in related fields, preferably in retail sector.
Required Skills: English ability: Intermediate English (Speaking, writing, reading).
Computer skills: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet.
Special Skills: Good background in Real Estate, project management & development.
